The 2nd gen does have bluetooth, you just have to buy the 3.0 firmware, also exclusive to the 3rd generation.
I got the motorola dj s805 wireless Bluetooth headphones. Way better, bass not so great. Big speakers though, and can last 18 hours on a 3 hour charge. Motorola stopped Making them but you can still get em

I got the adapter separate and the s9 headphones, problem is that my ipod touch although I can control the play, the music does not stream to earphones….can anyone suggest or help?
