Dell Alienware M17X computer gaming room

The M17x is a load of junk a bucket of bolts from Alienware I do not recommend it. It weights a tonne cant travel with it due to the stupid heavy weight which defeats all purpose of being a laptop.

The software installed by Alienware is a big disappointment once again. They have no idea how to install Operating System as well as installing the right drivers.

Every computer shipped by Alienware has huge software problem which causes stutters and lags beyond comprehension.

The mouse pad is the worse i have ever seen on laptops. When trying to use the mouse it feels like some kind of bugs crawling under your skin … ewwwwww horrible feeling.

The only big plus on this computer are the dual sli video cards and the sexy lightings on the keypads.

Aside from the Eye Candy stuff this laptop is totally useless, just because it’s a gaming laptop it doesn’t have to be freaking heavy.

Their after sales service is the worse, can’t get pass the Indians on the phone to get to the right places.

On top of all the disappointment you will have to find away to deal with the Indians from their call centre.

Overall Dell stopped Alienware from ripping people off how ever the product as well as their customer service lagged behind.

Their service is like being in Iraq with all the suicide bombers trying to kill you.

I bought this laptop because of the lightings and the new design only. Sad but true, i dont even play games any more lol how sad ha? I think it will end up being a hand me down to one of my nephews later on.
